I ordered certain items to match in with jewellery already purchased but was not quite sure I had ordered the correct products so when I placed my order I added a little note explaining this. Literally a few hours later I received a telephone call from Emma who had receymy order and checked whether I had ordered the correct charms to match in and she informed me she had checked my previous orders and informed me that I had actually ordered the wrong items but not to worry as she had changed my order so the charms would match. Absolutely fantastic service and would definitely recommend. All the products are beautifully engraved, packaged and delivered promptly.Product : Beautiful items, engraving is perfect and all products perfectly packaged.
I never received the product I ordered. My order confirmation email stated I could reply to that email. When I did that in order to question the status if my order, my email bounced.

Your order was shipped on 15 May and an automatic email to this effect would have been sent to you. I have raved about your service in the past; however, was quite disappointed in the service I received this time. I confirmed special instructions to keep two charms as independent gift and a third gift to be the necklace with only the charms specified. I received one package with all the charms mounted on one necklace!! This was supposed to be Mother’s Day gifts for three different moms. Now I have to separate the charms all out and find boxes to repackage the separate gifts ;(. . I am not sure how this happened and we even confirmed details by email and I was assured my directions would be followed.
