Due to the hand engraving on our personalised jewellery, we are only able to accept returns or exchanges if the product is faulty. We encourage you to check all personalisation information carefully before placing an order – if you’re not sure about the process, our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you. 

Is it possible to engrave special symbols or characters?
As all our engraving is carried out by hand, and in nearly all cases this is fine. As well as entering engraving in the engraving box provided, please make clear notes in the comments box provided on each product page. Please note that any slight variations in spacing, depth of engraving and alignment from the examples shown are part of the overall aesthetic and originality of your piece.

How do I care for my personalised jewellery?
To help you keep your keepsake in tip-top condition, we recommend purchasing a jewellery care kit. We would also recommend removing your jewellery before exercise and showering as this may impact the longevity of your piece.

We aim to ship your order in less than 24 hours if you order before 1 p.m. on a business day. We make sure to prepare your order the same day.
