Returns & Exchanges

Each personalised piece is made just for you, making it truly one of a kind. Because of this, we’re not able to offer refunds or exchanges on customised items. That said, if there’s a fault with your piece or if we made a mistake in the personalisation, simply drop us a message at [email protected], we’ll be happy to make things right and arrange an exchange.

For non-personalised items
Changed your mind? No worries! You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to send it back, in line with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. Return shipping costs are on you, but as soon as we receive your parcel, we’ll process your refund or exchange, whichever you prefer.

A quick note about earrings
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings (personalised or not) can’t be returned.
