Here at Merci Maman, we go that extra mile to help you customise your bracelet. Nothing is too much trouble and we love to help, especially if you want to restring your existing bracelet.
 
All you have to do is fill in the form on this page, print this UK Royal Mail Return Label (no stamp needed for UK customers), stick it on the front of a well sealed and padded envelope and enclose your 6 digits Order Number and your bracelet.
 
No additional stamp is needed as this label covers the postage cost. Then you can simply post your envelope in any UK Post Box or Post Office.
 
For customers living abroad, please send back your bracelet with your 5 digit Order Number to the address that is in our Contact Us section.
 
We do not want you to be without it for long, as soon as we receive it we will get to work. We will restring your charms and dispatch your bracelet to your address the next working day.

Delicate care and cleaning of your jewellery will help them to last for years to come.

  • Always remove your jewellery before bed
  • Always avoid water whilst wearing your jewellery
  • As the jewellery is delicate, it is important to store your pieces individually to avoid scratching
  • Avoid storing your special pieces in the Merci Maman jewellery box it arrives in, as the jewellery needs access to air to avoid oxidization

Personalised products are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if the goods you have received are not what you ordered or are defective, please contact our Customer Service team. Non-personalised products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days.
