Adding more charms couldn't be easier:
1 -Fill in the form to your right and tell us what charms you would like to add, what message you would like engraved, and what colour braid catches your eye so we can restring your bracelet at the same time on a brand new rope.
2 - Send back your bracelet with your 5 digit Order Number with your bracelet in a padded envelope.

Personalised products are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if the goods you have received are not what you ordered or are defective, please contact our Customer Service team. Non-personalised products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days.
