What we repair:
- Chain or pendant repairs
- Restoration of broken bracelets and necklaces
- Replacement of faulty bails
Conditions:
- Service subject to prior assessment.
- Repairs will only be carried out if they are technically possible.
- Return and outbound shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How does it work?
- Place an order for a quotation or send an email to [email protected]
- Upon receipt of your request, our customer service team will contact you with instructions on how to proceed.
- Once we have received the required information, and subject to the feasibility of repairing your jewellery, you will receive an order link to approve the quotation and complete payment.
- Send us your jewellery (Merci Maman cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred through the shipping provider you choose)
- We carry out the repair and restoration.
- Receive your repaired jewellery, ready to be worn again.
Estimated timeframe: Service completed within 7 to 10 working days after receipt of the jewellery.

Personalised products are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if the goods you have received are not what you ordered or are defective, please contact our Customer Service team. Non-personalised products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days.
