What’s included:
- Professional and delicate cleaning of your jewellery (excluding leather, stone-set and semi-precious stone pieces).
- Restoration of shine and brilliance.
- Fast and careful handling by our team of artisans.
Conditions:
- Service subject to prior assessment.
- Cleaning is carried out only if technically possible.
- Shipping costs (outbound and return) are at the customer’s expense.
How does it work?
- Place an order for a quote on our website or send an email to [email protected]
- Upon receiving your request, our customer service team will contact you with instructions on how to proceed.
- Once we receive the required information, and provided your jewellery can be restored, you will receive a payment link to confirm the quote and proceed with your order.
- Send your jewellery to us (Merci Maman cannot be held responsible for any loss caused by the carrier you choose).
- We carry out the cleaning and restoration in our workshops.
- Receive your jewellery back, ready to shine again.

Personalised products are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if the goods you have received are not what you ordered or are defective, please contact our Customer Service team. Non-personalised products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days.
