Here at Merci Maman, we go that extra mile to help you customize your bracelet. Nothing is too much trouble and we love to help, especially if you want to add even more charms to your existing bracelet. They do say "the more the merrier" after all.

Adding more charms couldn't be easier. Simply fill in the form to your right and tell us what charms you would like to add, what message you would like engraved, and what color braid catches your eye so we can restring your bracelet at the same time on a brand new rope.

Write our address on a padded envelope and enclose your 5 digit Order Number together with your bracelet.

Personalised products are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if the goods you have received are not what you ordered or are defective, please contact our Customer Service team. Non-personalised products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days.
