How it works:
- Purchase your personalised disc
- Scan or photograph your pet or their paw print that you want engraved on the front of your necklace (see our tips below)
- A second image can be engraved on the back for an additional £/€10
- Send your photo to [email protected] along with your full name and order number (see your order confirmation)
- That’s it! You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been processed
To ensure your file is vectorised properly, please use a high-resolution image with a white background in .jpg, .png, or .jpeg format.

Personalised products are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if the goods you have received are not what you ordered or are defective, please contact our Customer Service team. Non-personalised products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days.
