1. The inspiration behind ‘‘Summer Solstice’’
Here at Merci Maman we value collaboration, with one of our key values being ‘share’ our successes and growth. This is why for this campaign we turned to our team to help name the collection for their chance to win their very own piece! We were blown away by all the entries! We ended up going for ‘Summer Solstice’ which was picked by our Customer Services Executive, Misha.
When asked on how she picked the name of our collection Misha responded with:
The collection is so bright and colourful I feel like it really encapsulates the peak of summer.

The summer solstice marks the first astronomical day of summer, which falls on the 21st June. This results in it being the longest day of the year. Indicating the peak of the summer season.
