Add additional engraving to your jewelry
We know how important it is to update your piece of jewelry with the names of new loved ones as your family grows, and we’re here to help.
Send us your jewelry in a well-sealed and padded envelope to our Paris or Paris studio, together with the Order ID Number, your contact details, and the additional engraving required. Please include any other special instructions that you may have in the comment box provided. We would recommend that you use a Signed For Delivery service.

Upon receipt, we will arrange for our expert engravers to incorporate the additional engraving to your special piece and your jewelry will be speedily returned to you.
The additional engraving is free of charge, only the shipping costs will be added to the shopping cart.

Personalised products are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if the goods you have received are not what you ordered or are defective, please contact our Customer Service team. Non-personalised products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days.
